More Great Moments In Rock

These are the two moments that I mentioned to Brian in our conversation about great moments.

1. When the acoustic guitar makes its first appearance on You Can't Always Get What You Want.

2. The cowbell or bucket or woodblock hit at the end of the chaotic climactic building-up part of XTC's Scarecrow People.

There are, of course, a zillion more. I just can't think of them off of the top of my head. I guess I need to hear them to remember them. Anyway, the moments that we are referring to are the ones where you might interrupt a conversation and rewind a few seconds in order to hear it again.

People must hate it when I do that.
