So, yeah. I went to the Doctor again. He checked my eyes and ears and asked me questions and had me do various tricks. Then he suggested that I let some lady stick a straw into my arm and drain out a bunch of my blood so that they could look at it and laugh. I said, "ok".
The next day I got a call from the lady and she said my blood seemed normal. The only thing was that the number of white blood cells seemed to indicate that I was probably fighting off a virus...just like I was two weeks ago. Great.
So, I've spent a lot of time this month contemplating how horrible it must have been for people when they got sick and they didn't have tv. The remote control and the gazillion channels and on-demand movies have really made the past days so much less horrible. Thank you, TV. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
I'm not the only one having hot flashes, by the way. Have you been outside lately? The Earth has a temperature. People in shorts and shortsleeves keep walking by, and next week is Thanksgiving. Weird.
