Yikes, it's a good thing I don't have any shows coming up any time soon. I can barely speak, nevermind sing. I'll blame allergies. The thing with suffering from severe allergies is that it really is exactly the same sensation as having a terrible cold. There's no way to differentiate. I just figure since I have a history of allergies, and since I stopped taking my daily allergy pills over half a year ago, and since weather.com says tree allergins are very high right now, that this cold is allergies. But, what difference does it make? Well, I guess I'm not contagious. But how can I be certain? Stand back.
I've never had allergies as intense as this before. Let's pretend I'm a cartoon coyote. Ok. Allergies are a steamroller.
And I'm not the only one. Lots of people have been complaining of crazy allergies this year. What's happening that makes it seem like it's worse every year? Is it age? Is it pollutants? Evolution? My imagination?
Whatever it is, it's bummin' me out, man. I can't breathe, I can't swallow, I can't speak. I can barely think or function. Maybe I'll run for president.

Try local honey. You're supposed to start it in January before pollen comes out, but if you start now it will still make a difference. Small amount each day.
Be careful, it can make allergies just a tiny bit worse at first.
Freeze dried stinging nettle is good for immediate relief.
