I can't get enough of the Classic Album specials that they show on VH1 Classic. Right now I am watching Nirvana "Nevermind". I just watched U2 "The Joshua Tree" and half of The Sex Pistols "Nevermind the Bollocks, Here's The Sex Pistols."My favorite parts are when they are in front of the mixing board turning up or isolating different parts. Awesome. Have you seen these shows? You should check 'em out, pal.
Maybe for the new School for the Dead album, we should record the sessions and then put together a classic album video for it. We can get wigs and have make-up so we look twenty years older than today and we can have friends dress up and impersonate that Rolling Stone guy that they always interview. We SHOULD do that. OK, ready? Get set. Go!

I really like this idea. Not to let everyone in on the joke, but when toying with the alternate mixes, we'll tease the viewer with unused mixes featuring Weird Al accordion solos, the origianl Chicago brass section and an unused 48 minute drum solo.
Then we'll rerealse the album with those things as bonus tracks.
Ok?
Kolsch!
