Not Bad For A Little Black Duck

The Rockumentary sucks lately. What's the story, boys?

This week, our musical lives are reanimated, though. On Wednesday, the Fawns are playing a mid-day show at Holyoke Community College as part of their Spring Fling. Soon-to-be-Canadians, Sue are playing with us.

On Saturday, Pop Town 2007! begins. School for the Dead plays in conjunction with They Might Be Giants thanks to the Iron Horse Entertainment Group. We'll be at The Basement from 10:00 to 1:00. It's a free show. I'll be enjoying They Might Be Giants 7:00 show across the street just before we start playing.

On Sunday, Pop Town 2007! continues as the Fawns share the Elevens stage with our good friend Dennis Crommett and the band Casper and The Cookies (featuring an ex-Of Montreal member). Three shows in five days. Not bad for a little black duck.

I'll be enjoying a completely different show before yours: GDV at Bishops, 6-8, and also free. But I do hope to bring some folks over to the Basement afterwards.
