What's this?!?!? School for the Dead is playing a show?! But, but, but, but, but, it's been so long since we've done that. What's gonna happen?

Well, that's the big question isn't it? What is going to happen.

I'll tell you what gonna happen. We're gonna rock our own socks off. Or something. The point is, we're back, and we're ready. We're going to practice, and we're going to learn a few new songs, and we're going to figure out exactly what it is you want to see on a Friday night and we are going to provide that.

And, man, look how fun the night is going to be. Ouch! is playing and they are a blast. Yes, I said it. A blast. Go enjoy them here: ouchbrangit.com

And look who else! Our old friend Ari Vais (from Humbert and the Pelicans) has started a band with our old friend Adam Greenberg (from The Tea Lights and King Radio). They named their band Bags and they agreed to come out and play this show with us. How can they not be really great. Ari has even been threatening me with doing a School for the Dead cover. Imagine that.

I can't wait. March 9th at The Elevens in Northampton, MA.

Shame on you Ari. Growing up in Boston, you should know better than to swipe the name from the legendary, Boston based, late 80's punk/rock band The Bags.
