Birds and the Big Time

Somewhere out there is the person who invented M&Ms. Imagine that.

"Hey man, you enjoying that candy?"

Sheesh. Some people make the big time, eh? Sing it: "Big Time". Yep, Gabriel.

Brian and I have been playing shows weekly in NYC, you know. We just did number 2 of the three show run of the Rosenbach Company. Who was in the audience this time? Word is: Michael Stipe. Big Time.

But also Ari Vais. We'll be seeing Ari soon in our own School for the Dead show at Galapagos in NYC. That's in May and it's with Ari solo and The Figments! That'll be the day, huh?

In the meantime, Ari says, "hello".

Eye On Birdfeeder: The squirrels not only managed to knock the birdfeeder off of the tree, they actually broke the whole branch off. When I got home and stepped out to set things right, I found the remains on the ground and saw two squirrels and three birds scamper away guiltily.

I like squirrels. I don't mind feeding them.

Soon I will be an expert on birds. Won't that be astounding? Won't you swoon?

You've got odd birds, there, pal. I guess they want to be squirrels. Wonder why they scampered when they could've flown? Maybe in their sudden guilt and surprise they forgot. I blame the Audubon Society.
