so, wind, huh?

Thar she blows.
The tall, robust pine which is one yard over from me (and one of the coolest stand-alone trees in town--between Trumbull and Bright) is swaying and undulating like one of those big monsters on the Muppets. Love those guys.

Last night I had two dreams which I think were symptomatic of this blasted cold finally leaving my system. Yee.

1) Henning and Russell were in my room and we were rocking out. My bed was a bed/drumset (two of my fave places to be.) and I kept falling asleep and finding they were still playing, and I'd play along, then turn over and fall back asleep. It was not Steamtrain type music though. It was like ROCK!!!.

2) I was watching a music video starring John+Yoko, George Martin and me. It was color, but like Super 8 quality. We were in a laundromat riding in those baskets on wheels and there were funhouse mirrors all over that we were looking at ourselves in.
Though I don't remember the song, when I woke up I didn't feel bad about it because I remember it was like a Badfinger/Raspberries style power ballad. Usually the kind I skip over. Cool video, though.

This past weekend I was in a guitar shop in Orlando Florida, and they were playing Badfinger, the Raspberries, and George Harrison on the store's stereo. Did they know I was coming and call you first to consult about this?
