On the tour:
1) It was great to play a radio show on the same campus (Evergreen, in Olympia) that a young Matt Groening inhabited years ago.
2) Twee songs in my head will not leave: "English Tea" (on the new McCartney album--he actually uses the words "twee" and "gay" in the song) and "Red Horse" by Dennis Driscoll.
FOLLOW-UP:
I read in UNCUT that Arthur Lee/Love cancelled their tour because Aurthur Lee was ousted from his own band for being a liability, a pain in the ass, and insisting on doing new songs that the entire band felt were horrible.
