"Know" is the new "Knew"

I just submitted an interview with Ruth Keating for a start up magazine about women drummers. It's a start up, so who knows if it will take off? I'll let you know.

So, Northampton is becoming dangerouser and dangerouser.
A couple hours ago, I was walking around town w/ A, digging the fact that I was neither a) at the Dinosaur Jr show or b) watching the All Star Game. (I know not what brought on this lack of wanting to do anything I thought I was looking forward to doing. I think work burnt me out the last few days).
Anyway, we're walking in front of Faces, approaching the Haymarket when CRASH! "oh, sorry! everyone ok?"
A medium sized speaker had fallen out of a third story window and crashed onto the sidewalk.
"God" was not at the All Star game tonight. It was hanging out outside of the Haymarket, because there were about 10 people (including us) walking within 5 square feet of where that speaker hit the ground, and not one person got hurt.
But there were a few frayed nerves, I'm sure.

Thank god I live in New York City where it's safe.

Brian, are you saying that God pushed the speaker out of the window?
