i've been quiet lately, but on the Rockumentary, that's a relative term.
I'm home today, which is odd for a Wednesday (scheduling shift--I'll take it).
The fact that it's rainy takes away the "I should get lots of sun and excersise" option, which is fine by me. My job gives me enough of both.

I'm drinking a second cup of Celestial Seasoning's "Perfectly Pear" tea, which is pear+vanilla and DOES have caffeine. Thus, if you're having it instead of coffee, you may need a couple cups. But it's awesome and I recommend it. There's a Siamese cat on the box.

For Henning, I took out the TMBG "Gigantic: A Tale of Two Johns" DVD. I really don't know too much about They Might Be Giants other than the few songs I like. Sometimes watching a documentary makes me like a band more--that happened weith ABBA. Sometimes I just need context to understand why they are how they are.

I started to watch the TMBG movie last night. It's got interviews with Frank Black, Harry Shear, um that woman from This American Life with the girlish voice (god, how could I forget her name? She's awesome).Oh, Adam Schlessinger is in it too. So far I like when Syd Straw asks the interviewer "so, has eveyone so far said that the two Johns are nice guys?" Interviewer: "yeah". Syd: "Have you talked to anyone who actually know them?"
I know one person who played gigs w/ them early on and had bad experinces. So who knows? They seem nice to me, but what do I know?

Yes, that's Sarah Vowell. Well done, Nate.
