Here's a conspiracy theory I haven't read yet--it's probably bird-brained, but here goes:
Lollapalooza is really cancelling the tour because most of the venues were owned by Clear Channel (who own like 80% of concert venues) and, though ticket sales were actually healthy, Perry Farrell, who is pretty political, decided to do his small part in depriving the venues a healthy part of their summer income.
If it's not true, shut up. It makes me happier. Do I tell you what to and what not to believe?
