Devo, Kiss and Kraftwerk had unified image. It just makes people funny and cartoonish. The Beatles became more interesting as their individual personalities became apparent. I love those old articles in teen magazines: if you love John, you're an independent rebel. If you love George, you're a quiet philosopher. If you love Ringo, you're the life of the party. If you love Paul, you're annoying and like to crinkle your nose and show off. or whatever. (tee hee...)
Ning, I made notes for 6 songs--just things here and there that I think would give The New You that extra flava. Should only take a day per song (zing).
