That song you heard on the river, Tony, was Calling All Angels. I heard it, too. It's actually a duet with K.D.Lang, although it is a Sibery composition through and through. It's a favorite for movie soundtracks. It's a really great song. It's hard to imagine you getting too into Jane and her albums vary greatly from jazz to synth pop to acoustic. I could lend you some CDs but like I say, you really need to listen to a lot to get the idea. I would LOVE to hear a Ken Maiuri best of Jane compilation. Or hear what he would think is a good introductory album.
Funny that you mentioned her here, since on my mass SFTD emailing last night, I wrote about listening to her.
So, if you were listening to the river then, you probably also heard Lo Fine. Kevin is coming back to the US soon and it seems the radio is gearing up for his arrival.
