BTW: Real Life is a parody of the PBS miniseries the Loud Family, which also happens to be the name of one of my favorite bands. You all would like them (smart lyrics, super catchy melodies, great poppy arrangements. They evolved from the ashes of Game Theory, and both bands' songwriter extraordinaire, Scott Miller, may have an acoustic disc with Aimee Mann released in the near future.
