Well done Henning and Tony today!
Max and Tony and I (among other superstars) were at a cookout at Henning/Lesa's today. A good time, hot fun in the summah time!
I had 2 burgers, and when I got home I put on the Red Sox and fell asleep for an hour.
I awoke dazed and lethargic, but soon came to, and walked down to The Eagles Club for King Radio and Kahoots. Missed King Radio (who just mixed their record with Mitch Easter!!. !!!!!. !!!!!!!!).
But I saw much of Kahoots, and Henning and Lesa left before the best song I've heard in a while. It's a "new" song called "Ninety Nine". It's new to Kahoots, but it was written by Charlie, who is 10-15 years older than the rest, in 1981. He never released it. But it is a freakin' HIT!! I really hope college radio picks up on it, because it is huge, and should also be used in a movie. It's very 1981 in a Cars/New Order way. Mark the word of thee.
