One of the routines at my daughter's recital last week consisted of a group of girls dancing to that early 80s stalwart "The Devil Goes Down To Georgia" by The Charlie Daniels Band. Remember that one? The point of the song rests on the assumption that the devil loses the competition against Johnny when it seems obvious to this listener that the devil's bit is easily superior to what Johnny plays.
All I can do is shake my head and say "No way, Jose."
