- Love Halloween.
- Have some big windows.
- Measure your windows. (Use the yardstick that's in the closet)
- Put "It's The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown" or the Freaks and Geeks Halloween Episode on the TV.
- Spread the cardboard from the boxes on the floor.
- Measure out four (or however many) window-sized squares. Draw lines with a pencil and the yardstick.
- Cut out the squares.
- Test the squares by putting them in the windows. Do they fit well? Good.
- Now draw a scary face on the squares while they are leaning up on your windows.
- When you are happy with the face, cut it out.
- Put the squares back in the windows.
- Tape them if you have to.
- Close the curtains.
- Turn the lights on inside the house.
- Go outside and look. Yell, "Come here you have to see this!"
- Put on extra lights inside if you have to.
- Soak in the accolades from the trick or treaters.
- (Optional) Be surprised the next morning to see that the face shines inward during the day.
