Part of me really wants to redesign this Living Rockumentary. I'd like it to be sleeker and with a white background. But then again part of me kind of likes the ugly look that it has now.
What do you think? What would you change? Let us know in the comments.

I come here for the words (yes, and occasionally there are pictures & links), so rearrange the furniture if it makes you happy. I will say that I have symmetry issues. I like how the text is centered on the home page (and, yes, white background is nice). Maybe you could put some of your click boxes for CDs and such across the top, instead of on left, and blogroll links could be split between left and right side, putting the text in the center.
Or leave everything as is. Just keep writing, please.
i agree ... i come here for the words and funny observations and show info and such ... daily in fact! ... so whatever you want to do with the layout, go for it ... lord knows i change my layout (well, used to) all the time.
That little "part of me" can be a nagging little pest. But whether or not you decide to listen to said part of you and change ithe LR's appearance, this is still one of the best sites I visit. And yes, as it's based on the words, whatever choice you make will be the right one. I am confident.
