Our Super Sweet Twelve Seconds

Followers of the Living Rockumentary may remember some time back that we had received reports from various folks that they thought they had heard our song "Thug" during an episode of MTV's generation destroying show "My Super Sweet 16".

Finally I've received some confirmation of this. It came in the form of my quarterly ASCAP report.

Everyone, meet Chelsi, while she was strutting around like a spoiled little monster and getting a freaking convertible Mercedes at her three trillion dollar sweet sixteen birthday party, our quirky homemade tribute to XTC was at some point playing in the background...for twelve seconds.

Thank you to MTV who is helping to finance our next album by using our music like this. This is the third song of ours that they have used. The others were "Uncomfortable" and "The Wichita Train Whistle Sings". Thanks to them we have got enough to cover the majority of the costs of duplication.
