Experimenting with Sonific

I'm just checking out this new thing to see how it works. How's it work? What do you think?



Do you have a blog of your own? Or a Myspace page or friendster or flickr or anything? Sonific is pretty cool if you do. You can very easily place a little player like the one above for a song on your own site.

Once you sign up, they take you through the super-quick process. Basically, all you do is pick a song, name your player, pick where you want to put it, and they provide you with some code that you copy and then paste into your site.

The songs are by mostly all independent bands I think, but they have quite a few available and there's always us with Campground Daughter for you to spread around on your various personal pages. Then people can hear the song, click for more information, and buy a gazillion records or downloads, and you can be forever happy in knowing that you introduced someone else to some music you like.
