The new Sitting Next to Brian album is inching ever closer to completion. Oh how exciting. I had a dream that I was reading record reviews and found one for my new album and I was disappointed how short it was until I read it. It read: "Blow our minds some more, why don't you?". Then I was pleased.

I also had a dream I was crashing at Bob Dylan's place (it was a grimy Noho apt) and I woke up one morning and he was lying on the couch dead. I woke up before deciding what to do in this stressful situation.

I also had a stressful dream about moving. Why? Because I'm moving! Not far. Mosy likely back to Northampton. I was in a strange state of mind when I chose this Florence place. But light has dawned and can see that space and light are something I need a lot of--especially in winter.

If I was intending to take 5 months off to write my novel, I'd stay. But I'm not.

Ning--don't most parents get about 4 hours of sleep per night in the first couple years of their baby's life? Is your guide to happiness baby-ist?

Baby-ist...perhaps. But it wasn't a guide to "happiness". It was a Guide To Having A Cheerful And Winning Personality and we all know that new parents don't have that.

Kidding. I kid the young moms and dads.

Welcome back to town.
