hopefully, a once in a lifetime night

It felt like a wedding, but I had no bride.
It felt like a wake, but I was walking and talking (and rocking).
It felt like a music festival, but for short attention spans.
It felt like a joyous party, but then someone would ask me what I'd lost and something new would come to mind.

In any case...
thank all of you who came out to benefit my post-fire life.
Things is different now, but nothing like a fire to get one out of whatever rut one may have been in.

Everyone played and treated me so beautifully, I wouldn't trade my life here for anything.

I owe you one.
