March is the new January; April is the new Rocktober

Is it me, or has March been colder than January? And to rub it in, now I'm sick. Home from work. Having a rare moment of lucidity.

So, St. Patriots Day has been moved. Due to Henning's recent ear trip and Lord Russ' tailoring accident, rehearsals haven't even started yet.
So mark this, kids:
The Aloha Steamtrain reunion/St. Patriots Day celebration will now be
April 8 at the Elevens. Support act to be announced.

SAY, what are you doing the Thursday before (April 6)??
Remember Henning and I talking about The Rosenbach Company, the musical theater thing co-written by Mark Mulcahy and Ben Katchor, in which Henning and I played and sang?

Well, there is ONE LOCAL PERFORMANCE scheduled. The Yiddish Book Center near Hamphire College. Everyone who's seen it has walked away impressed and amazed.

“. . . a sung-through biodrama? a chamber rock opera? a meeting of the museum establishment with the music underground?—it is thrilling, charming, and altogether a knockout.” – Variety.com
