I've made one material purchase on the tour--a used CD copy of Elvin Jones' "Time Capsule" from 1977.
Got it at Rubato records, where there is a lot of Monkees memorabilia and music, and yet I was drawn to this weird late 70's jazz album by one of my drming heroes.
I listened a bit and it seems like great driving or cooking/dining music. It's out there.
