The Clientele

Remember how I was all disappointed about the cancellation of the Spoon/Clientele show at Pearl St a couple months back?
Well, the Clientele are (so I read) going to play the Iron Horse on Thurs. Oct 27.

I don't know how their new album is, and I;ve heard mixed things about their live show, but I'll see them just because of the awesomeness that is their first album, "Suburban Light" (2001). It's the first Bee Gees album meets the third Velvet Underground album. And it seems to be raining in the park in just about every song.
