Do you recognize this tune?

I found a really fun song that I've been listening to all day. It's really catchy so I can't stop listening to it...but it sounds very familiar and I just can't put my finger on it. It almost reminds me of a nursery rhyme or the theme song for the circus but I can't quite figure out where I know it from. The song is called 'One Lady Dancing' by the School for the Dead. If you find out why it sounds so familiar PLEASE let me know or it will drive me crazy forever.
