The Living Rockumentary

Wow, quiet week on the Rockumentary, huh? Well here's a little bit of news to make you happy. Jonathan Richman is playing at the Space, in Hamden, CT, on June 10. It's a Thursday, who wants to go? I've seen Jo Jo twice. Once at The Beachcomber, which was okay, except the crowd was really noisy in the back of the room and the sight lines were terrible, standing in the audience. The other time was at Pearl Street downstairs, this was good because Ari had the opening slot but bad because it was at Pearl Street Downstairs - which is about as comfortable as a parking garage. I think the Space would be an amazing venue to see him.
