I'm sure this has been said, but you know how cold it's been? Mars is a lot colder.
Hey GWB: Come to New England, put on some red tinted glasses, go ouside, pretend you're on Mars. It's a lot cheaper. Give the trillions to those who need it.
I sure can't wait to live in a colony where EVERYTHING is artificial. And it's cold all the time.
