The Living Rockumentary

Thirsty Mind- I'm already looking forward to it! Hey, y'all, the Mercury Lounge thing is not looking too possible at this point; however, Ari has suggested something else that in some ways sounds even better. He is setting up a show on his own at a place called Lily's in Redhook (Brooklyn) on Saturday Feb. 15. Why this show is potentially better- it's a Saturday night, for one, plus unlike Mercury Lounge, they're not expecting us to draw a specific amount of people to be welcome to play there. Also, besides The Pelicans, there would be another band on the bill led by a good old friend of Ari's that is making their debut performance and are expecting a good turnout, plus Lily's is a place that just always has people there, regardless of whether or which bands are playing. So in other words, we could still invite all our friends if we want but we'll still be making a trip down to play on a Saturday night for a good buncha city folks. So.... has Feb. 15th already been spoken for? Are there other commitments? Too soon? Ari needs to know today so fire back with responses quickasyacan. Thanks....
