Max max max,

Yes, I, too went to an acupuncturist for my wrist/hand problems. Twice a week for a good part of a summer. It was cool but I don't think it helped me any. I also went to the Hand Center of Western Mass twice a week for like 6 months. That didn't help much either, though I did learn some good "nerve gliding" stretches. Of course, the only way to completely fix the hand problems is to stop doing the things that are injuring your hands. Over all excercise is supposed to help, as is strengthening the hands.

I've found the pen tablet at home is a HUGE help. I never ever use a mouse with my index finger and hardly ever at all. I use a touch pad at work. I've stopped playing the piano. I really had no choice it just became too painful. I have found that being aware of the problem helps, you take breaks, you use short cut keys, you copy and paste instead of retyping, you change positions often, you massage your arms, stretch your shoulders. You stop typing stuff on the Living Rockumentary all the time.

What about the rest of you, can we start recording on the 15th and 16th?
