The Living Rockumentary

I'm feeling dumb. We're listening to the new Uncut cd comp. and a song that made me think, "gee... I'm already getting tired of the Strokes'/NYC/nuevo-protopunk/whatevah sound". I looked at the cd and discovered we were actually listening to a song by the Fall. It must be frustrating to witness the revival of a genre you helped inspire, or maybe it's exciting. Seems like Elastica could make another run for it. I mean, Wire.
