Here's a really funny (albeit unintentional) site that "reviews" movies, breaking down the sex and violence factors. I don't know- I just crack up when I read sentence after sentence like "A man and woman kiss passionately and make heavy breathing sounds as the car window fogs up. A woman adjust her bra as onlookers gawk. Girls in skimpy costumes dance at a nightclub." They reduce every movie to just scene by scene of anything possibly offensive. Have a look. Maybe you won't find it so entertaining like I do. But maybe you will.
This link is for just one particular review, that of American Beauty, a movie I'm guessing most of us have seen and remember. Everything artistic about this movie has been strained out into this mindlessly dry play-by-play. (And the "message" of the movie, in their estimation, at the bottom is hilarious!) But try some other reviews, especially teen sex comedies or slasher films. Then it becomes delirious overkill. Delicious. Delirious. Delicious.
