1) Marvelous 4 page article by Jeff Breeze about us in this month's Northeast Performer. Pictures look great, facts are facts, it's all there. They also review The Mammals record in the reviews section.

2) I propose that if we have SFTD tomorrow, it's more of a meeting than a practice. List goals, divide responsibilities, etc.

3) I just watched the NRBQ thing too. They interview Harry Shearer, Drew Cary, Peter Buck and Mike Mills, Elvis Costello, etc. At one point, Terry is talking and the phone rings. It's his girlfriend asking if she should bring home any food and he holds the phone up to the camera mic and she says hello. Well, friends, that's our friend from the Mole's Eye, right? And she had once held the phone up for Terry at a Steamtrain show so he could hear us. I now kind of see the reason why some Q fans found a connection to the Steamtrain. It was good songs and good musicians, but with this kind of "in joke" that you either get or don't get. And genre hopping.
At the end of the Q show, the host interviews Paul Mcnamera, Dan Bernini and Spooky Daily and they talk all about the upcoming NRBQ tribute CD (which will have Ware River and Spooky Daily on it, as well as huge names. Bonnie Raitt, Steve Earle ,Mike Mills solo (!).....)
