OK, here I am again
One More Gripe:
Window frame in bedroom is leaking on rainy/melty days as of 2 days ago. As long as it's freezing, it's OK. But during thaw, it's drippy all over the floor. Repairman came today, it's actually from the apartment above. The balcony where the football fans stomp for 3 hours every week. They've helped to cause our ceiling to sag and discolor. So, first their floor has to be fixed, then us.

One more good thing: The River played 3 winners in a row this morning: I Can't Stand It (VU), an obscure early Elton John song and The Kinks "Supersonic Rocket Ship" an early 70's UK hit. I know, I'm very narrow in my view of what that station should play less of and more of. I should be glad that there even exists a station that plays solo Skip Spence and Jonathan Richman. Then I'll put up with Gigi from Ethiopia and the Blues Break.
