Tony, you misunderstood. I'm not sure how to break this to you but..Freedy actually demanded that 2/5 of the band be killed. Sorry.

Actually, I want to point out something to those that aren't necessarily familiar with such things. It is very common that a solo artist has a quietish opener. Having a full-on band opening for a solo acoustic performer would just be kind of crazy. The crowd that comes out for a nice night of sipping hot toddies and relaxing while listening to Freedy's beautiful songs shouldn't necessarily be forced to bear the brunt of a full-on rock band first. Tony, you make it sound like we are being put out or treated poorly somehow, I wouldn't say he "demanded" that 2/5 of the band be exercized, it's a bit misleading, I would say "it only makes sense that since the headliner is an acoustic solo singer/songwriter that the opening act should perform in a similar vein." And that's why I'm the manager of the world and you are a pauper with dust in your eyes.
