Rub Wrongways recording artist and our good friend Ari Vais has a band called The Pelicans. They are making their Northampton debut on Saturday, January 18, at Harry's with other friends Cyclub and Kahoots. AND it's a CD Release party, The Pelicans are just finishing up their first album!
For those of you that don't know the history, Ari and Tony played together for many years. First in a punk/pop band called Nag Nag Nag then in Humbert, which eventually I joined and later Brian joined. Ari is a great songwriter. I recommend you all pick up copies of his last solo album "Winter Wonderland" (featuring Tony, Brian, and Myself on selected tracks) and Humbert's "The Great White Lunchroom" (also starring tony and me ((disclaimer: some songs overlap on the two albums)).)
