Max: Henningo, thank you for making me bold. Everyone can use a little emboldening once in a while. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find the bold button. Harumph.

I would love to play some bass on "Peggy-O". I'll let you know later what our holiday plans are. What are you all doing? The fireworks in Easthampton last weekend were fabulous, and I even found myself humming along to Lee Greenwood's "Proud To Be An American". Dennis substituted his own special lyrics, something about Bush and a hamster, and we were scolded by a friend who was afraid we would be beaten to a pulp. She was probably right. Debbie and her twin sister, Sarah, and I tried unsuccessfully to get some fried dough. The line was insane. I think we should play a song about how eating fried dough makes us feel proud to be American.
