Tony: To partly answer your question, Bri, it was certainly true that the female fans preferred Henning's songs in Humbert (Screen Door, Player Piano, Let You Go, 2002, Thug, etc.) to the Vais or Westcott material so that's possible.
Yep, there's marketing software but most of what I know and use is related to the company I work for, Motherwear.
